The Young Of the Year (YOY) on the right are likely S. carnatus or S. chrysomelas - Gopher or Black and Yellow Rockfish. In general though, this is how the young of the year (YOY) of the Kelp, Gopher, Back and Yellow, and Copper (KGBC) Rockfishes look: brown bars on light body. Olive and Yellowtail Rockfishes (OYTs) are a different looking group that you can see here:
